Starting prices apply to straightforward projects. Your final quote depends on project size, complexity, available measurements, and required drawings. Existing floor-plan drawings document the space and do not constitute a complete construction drawing package.

Know what you’re getting
Before work begins, you’ll receive a written proposal identifying your drawing package, included revisions, schedule, and total fee.
Site measurements, surveys, permit fees, and licensed architect or engineer services are quoted separately when needed. Additional work or changes beyond the agreed scope require your approval before proceeding.
